Payment Agreement

1. Introduction

Welcome to PP EMU's paid services. This Payment Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you and PP EMU regarding your subscription to the PP EMU Pro service ("Pro Service"). By purchasing or using the Pro Service, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.

2. PP EMU Pro Service

PP EMU Pro is a value-added service designed to provide you with a superior emulator experience. By subscribing to the Pro Service, you will unlock a range of premium features, including but not limited to:

• More Quick Save Slots: Save more game progress.
• Advanced Filter Support: Enhance game graphics quality.
• Cheat Functionality: Modify game data.
• Cloud Sync: Sync saves across multiple devices.
• Ad-Free Experience: Enjoy a clean gaming environment.

3. Subscription & Pricing

3.1 Subscription Plans: We offer various subscription options, such as monthly, yearly, or lifetime purchase (if available). Specific prices and cycles are as shown on the in-app purchase page.

3.2 Price Adjustments: We reserve the right to adjust subscription prices at any time. Any price change will take effect upon your next renewal. We will notify you in advance, and if you do not agree, you may cancel the subscription.

4. Free Trial

4.1 Eligibility: We may offer a free trial period to new users. The duration and content of the trial will be specified when you subscribe.

4.2 Auto-Conversion: At the end of the trial period, unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it ends, it will automatically convert to a paid subscription and charge your Apple ID.

5. Payment & Billing

5.1 Payment Methods: All payments are processed through Apple's App Store. You must comply with the App Store's payment terms and conditions.

5.2 Charge Timing: Upon confirmation of purchase, the fee will be immediately charged to your Apple ID account. Renewal fees will be charged within 24 hours prior to the end of the current subscription period.

6. Auto-Renewal

6.1 Renewal Mechanism: Your subscription will automatically renew unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

6.2 Renewal Fee: The renewal will be charged at the currently effective subscription price.

7. Cancellation

7.1 How to Cancel: You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your App Store account settings. Path: Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions.

7.2 Cancellation Effect: Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. You may continue to use the Pro Service until the cycle ends.

8. Refund Policy

8.1 Apple Policy: Since all payments are handled by Apple, refund requests must be submitted directly to Apple. We cannot issue refunds directly.

8.2 Requesting a Refund: Visit reportaproblem.apple.com to submit a request. Apple decides on refunds based on its own policy.

9. Subscription Management

9.1 Check Status: You can view your subscription status, expiration date, and other info in the App Store subscription management page.

9.2 Restore Purchases: If you switch devices or reinstall the app, use the "Restore Purchases" feature to reactivate your valid subscription.

10. Price Changes

Subscription prices are controlled by Apple. Refer to Apple's official notices for timing and details.

11. Cross-Platform Use

11.1 Supported Platforms: Your PP EMU Pro subscription is tied to your Apple ID and works across supported Apple platforms, including iOS, iPadOS, macOS, and tvOS.

11.2 Account Linking: Sign in to the App Store with the same Apple ID on each device and use "Restore Purchases" to activate Pro access.

12. Taxes

You are responsible for paying all applicable taxes related to the subscription. Taxes may vary by region and are collected by Apple.

13. Service Changes & Termination

13.1 Service Adjustments: We may update, modify, or remove features of the Pro Service from time to time. If there is a major change, we will try to notify you.

13.2 Termination: If you violate this Agreement, we have the right to terminate your access to the Pro Service without refund.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Pro Service.

15. Special Terms

Certain activities or promotions may be subject to additional terms, which will be shown to you during the event.

17. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of your jurisdiction, without regard to conflict of laws principles.

18. Other Terms

18.1 Entire Agreement: These terms, together with our User Agreement and Privacy Policy, form the complete agreement between you and us regarding PP EMU Pro.

18.2 Language Versions: If there is any inconsistency between the English version and other language versions, the English version prevails.
